Italian Baked Chicken

This recipe was given to me years ago by my sister-in-law Carmen. It's tried and true and super easy.
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Italian Salad dressing (fat free ok)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves mashed
1 lb. chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven 325'F
1) Combine first 5 ingredients in sauce pan till butter melts.
2) Place chicken in baking dish (lightly salt/pepper) then pour mixture over the chicken. I flip the chicken so that both sides get coated.
Bake 35-45 minutes and serve with Jasmine rice
TIP: The longer the chicken marinates (1+ hours) the better the flavor!
