Chicken Cutlets

always a crowd pleaser.
get panko bread crumbs, mixed with italian bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese.
egg wash.
2 eggs
water or milk
hot sauce
flour to make the bread crumbs stick.
egg wash
breading
cook in batches
i cook mine in crisco but you can use olive oil or what ever
crisco gives it i nice crunch
serve with diced potatoes
and a salad
everyone happy
