Spinach and Egg Soup

cooking time: 10 min

Ingredients:

2 eggs beaten
large bowl full of spinach leaves
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons black bean soya sauce
half medium pan of water
1 teaspoon corn flour diluted in a glass of water

Method:

Wash the spinach leaves in salt water and drain. Cut the spinach into small pieces. Put water to boil. while its boiling add garlic, spinach leaves, salt, black bean soya sauce and bring to boil. Add the two eggs while slightly whisking with a fork. Add cornflour mixture. Boil for 3 - 4 minutes and switch off flame. Serve hot.
