(Prep Time: 10 minutes. Baking Time: 50 minutes)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tablespoons oregano
1 Tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon each salt and pepper
1. Place all of the ingredients in a zip style bag. Seal well and use your hands to massage the spices into the chicken.
2. Pour chicken and contents of the bag onto a glass baking dish.
3. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until done.
Cook’s note: The chicken will taste even better if you have time to marinate and refrigerate the chicken before baking.
