I frequently read and review cookbooks as well as try out various types of cooking tools and equipment. I will be featuring books and products that I think are especially terrific. These are items that would make a great gift for yourself or someone special.

This is a terrific paperback cook book for anyone who likes to grill. It contains over 200 recipes. Each recipe has a large color picture and easy to understand directions. It covers how to choose a grill, how to build a charcoal fire, how to light a gas grill, and has some really terrific recipes. I purchased this book myself, and highly recommend it.
