4 Tablespoons butter, melted ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 green onions chopped 1 stalk, celery finely chopped 1 (7 ounce) can crab meat 4-6 fillets of sole ½ teaspoon paprika ½ lemon, thinly sliced
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Use a fork to flake apart the crab meat and stir all ingredients together. 2. Place a portion of the crab mixture on each fillet and roll up. 3. Place stuffed sole fillets, seam side down on a glass baking pan 4. Sprinkle with paprika 5. Bake 350°F for 20 minutes. Top with lemon slices Serves 4
