1/2 cup dry bread crumbs1/4 cup sesame seeds2 t. minced fresh parsley1/2 c. mayonnaise1 t. onion powder1 t. ground mustard1/4 t. pepper1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubesHoney Mustard Sauce:3/4 c. mayonnaise4-1/2 t. honey1-1/2 t. Dijon mustardCombine the bread crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley; set aside.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion powder, mustard and pepper. Coat chicken in mayonnaise mixture; then coat with crumb mixture.In a large skillet, saute chicken in 3 - 4 tablespoons of oil. Add more oil for multiple batches. Serve with the honey mustard sauce.
