Potato Soup

by Debbie
(Alabama)

My family loves this because it's kinda thick and sticks to your bones. It's filling and there is never any leftovers.

Peel about 6 potatoes(any kind)and cut into cubes and cook until soft, but not mussy.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Add milk until it reaches the consistency you like.
Add about 2Tbsps. of butter
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add about 1 cup of cubed ham, bacon or sausage.
Stir and serve with cheddar cheese on top and I fix cornbread to go along with it.

Happy eating!!!
