Nonfat Greek Yogurt Brand: Fage

by Lisa

This is a GREAT deal, here at our regular grocery store, you pay about the same for 4 1/2 cup servings as you do for this larger container that holds 4 cups!

If you have never had greek yogurt, it is MUCH creamier, the non-fat can even be used as a mock 'sour cream' topping for chili or potatoes.

I put it over oatmeal w/fruit and a teaspoon of dk chocolate chips. You could add a splash of vanilla, stevia, or you preferred sugar substitute if you need too.

THey also have Chobani greek yogurt w/fruit in single serving cups if you'd rather try that first!

yogurt is such a healthy breakfast NEW
by: Anonymous

can someone do my essay :yogurt is such a healthy breakfast choice to have! One of the best as I would like to think beside oats. It's low in calories and fat and a lot lower in sugar than normal yogurts and Greek yogurt has a huge amount of protein which is so bravo!

The Greeks make it altogether different they make it thicker and more taste full and in addition to it costs all the more (neglectfully its astonishing). write my essay for cheap. It has a decent taste particularly with cocoa rice, and chicken!

Fage is the best NEW
by: Anonymous

I agree that Fage is a great buy since it can double as sour cream - and fat free!

I put it in my morning smoothies. About 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 spoon of vanilla protein powder, 1 1/2 cup non-fat milk (also Costco) and 1 1/2 cup of whatever frozen fruit you like. I like it sweet so I add a tablespoon of high quality raw honey. I have a Magic Bullet which makes it quick and painless. Plus the frozen fruit is much more flavorful than ice.
